---John Deery & The Heads John Deery and The Heads have made a huge impression since bursting onto the scene in early 2010. Formed by singer songwriter, John Deery, The Heads quickly built up a great reputation through their live shows and ever growing fanbase through a number of sites such as Facebook, Myspace and Twitter. Their debut album 'Smoke & Mirrors' was recorded in Black Box Studios in France with renowned Irish producer, David Odlum (The Frames, Gemma Hayes). It wasn't long before the band were catching the eye of a number of important people in the music world and continuing to build on their ever-growing fanbase. --About John Deery John Deery is a Singer Songwriter and Artist from Derry, Northern Ireland. He was born into a musical family and took an interest in music from an early age, singing and playing a number of instrments. After playing in bands as a teenager, John developed a solo career, playing live in venues in Ireland and Scotland, where he lived for three years. John has released two self-recorded albums; 'Life to This' (2004) and 'Pen and Ink' (2007). These albums coupled with some high profile gigs and radio performances, helped him build up a strong reputation among fellow musicians and music fans alike. After hosting the popular 'Quiet Riot' Music night in Glasgow for two years, John is now working on his latest album with full band 'John Deery & The Heads'. |
